Jason's Story
Early in my career, I did not think or act like a leader. My mindset led me to operate in a reactive manner only focusing on tactical ‘to do’ lists. I did not give enough attention to my own personal development or the concept of serving others in order to deliver value.
I went through the motions and now I want to share my lessons with those aspiring to do great things in their career. I want to help aspiring leaders exceed the expectations of their managers and consistently seek opportunities to lead and deliver value.
I bring 25 years experience in IT operations and management and want to share the results that can be achieved when operating with a high performance and service-oriented mindset. I provide the tools to lead a high performing team and deliver value to the organization.
Growth Ladder is built upon the principle of being a long-term partner to each coaching client. What separates us is we want to keep the relationship going at the conclusion of a coaching program and be a value-add resource.
